• Pre-dispersing homogenize system
It's a jacketed stainless steel high shear reactor, with low speed mixer and high shearing machine on it. Normally the mixer speed is 50rpm, shearing speed is 0~1450rpm.
• Grinding system
Filter + primary coarse sand mill + transfer tank + secondary coarse sand mill+transfer tank + finished fine sand mill (according to the preduct, disc type and pin type sand mill can be chosen).
• Dispersing reactor: It's a jacketed stainless steel high shear reactor, with low speed mixer and high shearing machine on it. Normally the mixer speed is 35rpm, shearing speed is 0~2900rpm.
• Adjusting kettle: It’s a jacketed stainless steel high shear reactor, with low speed mixer and high shearing machine on it. Normally the mixer speed is
50rpm, shearing speed is 0~1450rpm.
• Filter: bag filter, SS material.
• Finished product kettle: Low speed mixer with impeller blades on the kettle, mixer speed is 85rpm, SS material.
• Filling line: As customer's need, automatic and semi-automatic can be chosen.
